Associates: Raphaël Berclaz & Jean-Luc Torrent

Brief: A plant garden, a production hangar with annexes, technical installations, cafeteria, offices, conference rooms, start-up laboratory-offices.

The site consists of two main buildings: to the east, a semi-industrial production hangar with technical and storage premises; to the west, a four-storey building housing the laboratory-offices, the administration and the cafeteria.

The plant garden is at the heart of the complex. The very image of the institution, it plays an important representation role. The garden and the buildings are encircled by fencing with vegetable motifs, creating a uniformity of identity. Squeezed between the road and the hillside, the premises all give this space the tranquillity of a garden.
